Nelito Systems Pvt. Ltd. celebrated its 31st Foundation Day with an inspiring blend of learning, recognition, talent, entertainment, and team spirit under the theme “Driving Productivity. Accelerating Growth.” The celebrations were held on 28th and 29th August 2026 at Farm Regency Resort, Gorai, Mumbai, bringing employees together to learn, collaborate, celebrate achievements, and strengthen team spirit.

A key highlight of the celebrations was the Off-Site Training & Workshop, which provided employees with an engaging platform to learn, collaborate, and strengthen their capabilities. The sessions encouraged participants to connect the theme of productivity and growth with their everyday roles and responsibilities.

An inspiring session by Mr. Manish Rathi, CEO & Director, Nelito Systems, added a meaningful dimension to the celebrations. Through motivational videos and interactive conversations with employees, he encouraged participants to reflect on productivity, growth, and their individual contributions. The open and engaging interactions provided fresh perspectives and encouraged employees to connect with the larger organizational vision.

The celebrations also featured an insightful session by Lt. Gen. Satish Dua (Retd.), who shared valuable perspectives and motivating insights drawn from his experiences. The session was followed by an energetic stand-up comedy performance by Siddharth Dudeja, bringing laughter, entertainment, and excitement to the evening.

Employees also stepped beyond their comfort zones through team-building workshops, adventure activities, and fun games, strengthening teamwork, collaboration, and camaraderie. The activities created memorable experiences while encouraging employees to connect and celebrate as one team.

Recognition & Rewards (R&R) added another special dimension to the celebration, as employees were appreciated for their contributions, achievements, and commitment. The recognitions celebrated individual excellence while reinforcing Nelito’s culture of appreciation and performance.

The celebration also brought out the hidden talents of Nelito, with employees showcasing their skills through energetic singing, dancing, and other performances. The talent showcase created an exciting platform for colleagues to share their creativity and entertain their peers.
