Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Punit Jain is Chief Executive Officer of Nelito Systems Ltd.

He has a rich 30 years' experience, primarily in the IT and BPO industry, growing businesses and companies. Prior to joining Nelito in 2013, Punit worked with organizations like Datamatics, Newgen, Modi Xerox, etc. in various leadership roles.

Under Punit's leadership in the past 4 years, Nelito has gone up the value chain of IT - from being a low profile services subcontractor to large system integrators like HP, to providing innovative cutting edge software solutions to end customers like banks, financial services and microfinance organisations. It has positioned itself as a company providing "Excellence with Agility".

Punit is an MBA from IIM-Bangalore and an electric engineer from IIT-Mumbai.

He is an active member of NASSCOM and is recently elected to Domestic Market sector council for 2017-19.

Vaman Nene
Vice President (Products)

Vaman has over 18 years of experience in delivering technology solutions for both domestic and overseas clients. He is responsible for development of all the products in Nelito and work on improvement and upgradation of all our products, with focus on getting FinCraftTM ready for international markets.

Rakesh Verma
Head - Sales (East)

Rakesh is responsible for Company's business in East, Managing operations and Relationship building with major focused clients such as PSU Banks, RRBs, UCBs, PACs, MFIs, NBFCs, Small Banks, Tata Companies, Some focused Govt Customers etc.

He joined Nelco (transferred to Nelito later) in January 1987 and has 28 plus years of experiencein the software industry.one of his assignment included being sent to USA for a period of two years for setting up Nelito's wholly owned subsidiary, for Core Banking Solution and QA processes at Sanchez Inc (Malvern, PA).

He has earlier worked withRohtas Industries Limited (Times of India Group), Texmaco Limited (Birla Group).

Bhushan Samant
Head - Finance & Commercial

Bhushan Samant has over 25 years of experience in finance, accounting & planning and has performed diverse financial roles in leadership position in the Company over the last 20 years. He is currently the Head – Finance and Commercials of the company. He holds a MBA in finance and has done his bachelors in Commerce.

With strong accounting and financial management fundamentals , he has successfully handled various aspects of the finance function during his career. His contribution in the areas of MIS and Corporate Taxation in particular, has been commendable. He also looks after statutory compliance, corporate governance and all financial audit related activities.

Sreerupa Sengupta
Head - HR & Administration

Sreerupa is HR & Administration Head for Nelito .She leads the strategic and corporate initiatives in human resources from the front.

Under her leadership HRMS was implemented in the organization . She was also instrumental in redesigning the Performance Appraisal System and creating the Training Road map.

Prior to joining Nelito she has held several senior leadership roles in companies like Wipro Ltd, Siemens Information Systems etc

She is a graduate in Economics from Jadavpur University. She is also a qualified Cost accountant.

Ashish Varun
Head - International Sales & Marketing

Ashish Varun is responsible for expanding Nelito's footprint in international markets and also leads Nelito's marketing activities globally. Earlier, He led sales for Nelito's Government and Banking business in West and North India.

Prior to Nelito, he has worked in Public Sector, Quasi Public Sector & Private Sector organizations in senior roles encompassing Pre-Sales, Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT Consulting and business management. He brings with him a blend of techno-commercial experience and a track-record of building & managing business units from incubation stage across markets & solutions.

Deeply passionate about Skill Development in India with technology, Ashish is an executive member of various Committees like 1) Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (Govt. of India) appointed IMC committee and 2) Maharashtra State Committee on Skill Development & Affirmative Action appointed by Confederation of Indian Industry (CII).

Ashish holds an MBA (IT & Finance) from Department of Management Studies, IIT-Roorkee and BIS from Hans Raj College, University of Delhi.

Manoranjan Kumar
Head – Sales (South) and Strategic New Initiatives

Manoranjan currently heads the Strategic New Initiatives and is also the business head for the South region. His Strategic initiatives division develops, oversees and help implement programs and projects that support the company's vision and short- and long-term plans.

He has over 14 years of extensive experience in managing and delivering solutions across the world on multiple technologies and domains.

Gopal Dhuri

Gopal Dhuri has over 26 years of rich experience in Banking and Banking Information Technology Industry. He heads Delivery for FinCraft and Other surrounding solutions along with customer support and services after implementation.

Being a banker he has rich experience in Strategic Planning, Banking software Implementation, Software Product Development, Program Management, Delivery Management, Functional Consultancy, Key Account Management in various organizations viz. HP, Zenith Computers, NextStep Infotech.

He holds Master Degree from Mumbai University in Advance Accounting.

Ashwin Amin
AVP – Delivery

Ashwin has extensive experience of 19+ Years in delivering technology solutions for both domestic and international clients. He is PMP®, PgMP®, Prince2®, Microsoft certified Enterprise Program Manager and worked on technologies from C/C++ & embedded technology to .Net, J2EE & enterprise solutions while working with Microsoft, HCL, Satyam etc.

Prior to joining Nelito he has held several senior leadership roles in reputed organizations such as Tech Mahindra, IBM etc. He is overlooking S/w Delivery solutions based on products and custom solutions.

He is an Engineer with MBA (Finance) and also studied Corporate Strategy (IIT, Powai, Mumbai).

Hiroyuki Mabuchi

Hiroyuki Mabuchi is currently the President of DTS America.

He has a vast experience in Banking domain at Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi UFJ (BTMU) for 30 years including 12 years as CIO at UFJ New York branch.

He joined DTS Corporation in 2011 as the Head of Global business promotion division, and played a key role in establishment of DTS overseas offices in USA, China, Vietnam etc.

After he had joined DTS, DTS global Business as well as its presence got established.

Hiroyuki Mabuchi graduated from Department of Agriculture, Kyoto university, Japan.

Minoru Takeuchi

Minoru Takeuchi is currently holding the position of Executive director in DTS Corporation. He is also heading DTS Financial business division.

He is the Director of Data Links and Director of DTS KYUSHU (Subsidiary of DTS). He was the president of DTS America till March 2017.

Minoru Takeuchi has a vast experience in Financial Institutional domain. Minoru Takeuchi's expertise in Financial domain helped DTS Financial division business grow and one-third of DTS turnover is from BFSI sector.

Minoru Takeuchi graduated from Department of Technology, Tokyo Denki University in 1985.

Ajay Chadha

Ajay Chadha has vast experience in International Sales, especially with Japanese companies across the globe. He has been working with Japanese companies spanning various sectors for nearly three decades. He holds diversified expertise in the Automobile and IT Industries.

His recent professional experience includes work as Area Sales Director at NEC, where he was responsible for sales and business expansion across Japan, India and Singapore.

Ajay Chadha is a graduate in Commerce from University of Delhi and also holds Post Intensive Advance Diploma in Japanese Language from University of Delhi.

In addition, he has Diploma in International Marketing from Symbosis, Pune. He was awarded for being the State level topper in the JLPT LEVEL 1. He also secured all India 3rd position in the Senior level Japanese Language Essay Contest and has won Japanese Language Speech Contest (North India).

Kersi M Gherda

Kersi M Gherda holds managerial experience of more than 45 years including that as Managing Director of the Tata Power Company. He currently is the Chairman for various Companies besides being on the Board of numerous Public Limited Companies & Trusts. For his distinguished service and business acumen, he was conferred the title of the Honorary Officer of the Order of the British Empire by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II in 1991.

Ajai Bali

Ajai Bali is the Director of Zenta Private Limited and has previously served in the capacity of Manager Finance and Administration for Reuters in India. Having worked with Rhodes & Rhodes, UK and various other Companies. He qualified from the Institute of Cost & Management Accountants, UK in 1985.

Sanjay Dube

Sanjay Dube, Chief of Indian Subsidiaries of The TATA Power Company Limited, has been with the company since June 2007. Prior he was overseeing the Treasury operations of the TATA Power Group of companies, as Chief of Corporate Finance & Treasury, he has been involved in several significant transactions during this stint.

He also serves as Director on a number of companies in the TATA Power Group. He has over 25 years of experience.

Rajendra B Upadhyay

Rajendra Upadhyay is currently VP and Head of Finance in Nelco Ltd. His rich experience of 29 years in Finance, Accounts, Legal & secretarial practices including his role as Director (Finance) & Company Secretary of a leading Public Ltd Company. His areas of specialisation are merger, acquisition and divestment.

Jerxis Vandrevala

Jerxis Vandrevala is a well-known serial entrepreneur and currently serves as Country Manager for Radius Global Solutions and serves on Boards of over twenty Private Limited Companies in India. Prior to Radius he was with the Hirco Group and in-charge of design and construction building mixed -used townships in India. During his 6-year stint in real estate he built over 7 million sq. feet, a feat which is still lauded in the real estate world. He also co-founded Zenta which went on to become one India's top 5 BPOs and was eventually sold to Accenture.

In the late 1990's he setup the first Offshore development center for Sanchez Computers Inc. a feat in those days which was commended by the Banking and software industry in India and was appointed as Chairman of the IT committee for the India- US business council. Prior to this was the founding member of HBL global a large domestic outsourcing company which was a JV with HDFC Bank.

He has a degree in Commerce from Mumbai University and Management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of management Studies. He has successfully completed the General Managers Program from Harvard Business School.

P J Nath

P J Nath is the Executive Director & CEO in Nelco Ltd., which is a Tata Enterprise. He is a member of the Board of Nelco, which is a publicly listed company. In his current capacity, he is responsible for the entire operations of Nelco.

P J Nath has professional experience of 31+ years in the Enterprise market, during which he has worked in reputed IT & Telecom companies – ICIM, Wipro, Tata Communications, Sify Technologies (two stints) and now Nelco (a Tata Enterprise). He has rich experience of working in many different roles encompassing Sales, Product Management, Customer Support, Project Management, Business Head and CEO. He has the experience of building and growing a number of businesses in the Telecom sector. He has been in leadership roles for the past 19 years in the various organizations that he has worked with.

He has done his Master of Management Studies from BITS Pilani and has done his schooling from Delhi Public School, Mathura Road, New Delhi.

Umashankar Kanchi
Head – SWIFT Business

Umashankar heads Nelito's SWIFT business line which has a leadership position in the region. He is a 2-decade-plus experienced SWIFT-professional. An engineer by qualification, he started his career with the Central Government of India and subsequently worked as a banker.

He leads teams responsible for SWIFT Sales, Project implementations & Integration, Service Bureau and Support.

Pranay Srivastava
Associate Vice President - Software Delivery

Pranay has a rich 25-year experience in the IT industry in developing as well as implementing products & solutions using Agile, Iterative development and traditional waterfall for Banks, NBFC and MFI. He has various certifications (PMP, CSM, CISA, etc.) under his belt.

As part of his previous assignments he has managed "Offshore Delivery Center" (ODC) undertaking Projects in India, MEA, US, UK, Africa and Singapore. He has been associated with esteemed organizations like TCS, i-flex, and Accenture.

Viraf Sirvala
Vice President

Viraf has over 28 years of rich and varied experience in sales and marketing. In the BFSI domain, he has successfully spearheaded large value Sales deals for Core Banking, Core Insurance, Risk Management, Payment Switch, ATMs, CTS, ADF, Treasury, Financial Inclusion and many more.

He has worked with reputed groups such as Forbes, Wadia, and HCL. In between, Viraf has had a successful entrepreneurial venture in the IT domain, wherein he was the cofounder of an IT company, which he brought it up and eventually profitably sold to a US business group.

A keen desire to learn and absorb new technologies, along with an ability to remain ahead of the market competition has been the key contributor towards his success. His problem solving abilities, success in conflict resolution, negotiation and public relation skills are appreciated within and outside of his peer groups. Viraf holds a BE degree in Electronics and Telecommunication.

Sanjeev Bindlish
Associate Vice President – Business Development

Sanjeev Bindlish is responsible for the business development in the states of Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, Himachal, J&K, Uttarakhand, UP, Rajasthan and Gujrat.

In all, he has 25 years of experience in building the high performance teams for the sales, operations and delivery of software solutions and system integration for large enterprises. He had successfully build a start-up in data analytics, Kockpit Analytics, providing dynamic dashboards for CXOs for efficient management of the working capital for SMEs. It was hosted on AWS and Qlikview / MS Power BI were leveraged for UI.

He has worked with Oracle Corporation for handling the large accounts in Insurance, Financial services, and Banking vertical, Religare Enterprises to set-up the business solution and services for BFSI and healthcare segment, Rolta India for the CAD/CAM/GIS projects in engineering and defence vertical.

By qualification, he is B. Tech in Electronics and Communication from NIT Kurukshetra (erstwhile REC) and post graduate in marketing management. He is the firm believer of the fact that business has to support the conservation & preservation of natural resources, support diversity and community welfare as an integral part of the business plan.
