Mr. Sanjay Dube, prior to joining Nelito looked after the Fuel, Logistics and Land vertical for The Tata Power Company Limited. Prior to that, he looked after Strategy and Performance Analysis and before that, he looked after Treasury, Investor Relations and Corporate Finance, overseeing the Treasury operations of the TATA Power Group of companies and has been involved in several significant transactions during this stint. He has served on the Board of Directors on a number of companies in the TATA Power and Tata Group. He brings with him over 32 years of experience, of which, over 24 years were spent in the Tata Group, starting with Tata Sons Limited, the parent company.
Jaspreet Singh Dhanjal has 25 years of rich experience in the IT Industry. Before Nelito, he has worked in MNCs like HCL Technologies and NEC Technologies. He holds diversified expertise in supercomputing, big data, and IoT for telecom and smart cities. During his tenure, he has been in different roles across the IT domain like technical architects, digital transformation, telecom solution, operation, PMO, and quality.
Jaspreet is a B.Sc in Computer Science from GNDU. He has represented NEC in Global Forums and has created 3 COE’s in NEC India. His role in Nelito is to handle Product Development, Product Delivery, Software Delivery, Quality, and Software Testing.
Bhushan Samant has over 25 years of experience in finance, accounting & planning and has performed diverse financial roles in leadership position in the Company over the last 20 years. He is currently the Head – Finance and Commercials of the company.
He holds a MBA in finance and has done his bachelors in Commerce.
With strong accounting and financial management fundamentals, he has successfully handled various aspects of the finance function during his career. His contribution in the areas of MIS and Corporate Taxation in particular, has been commendable. He also looks after statutory compliance, corporate governance and all financial audit related activities.
Ashish Varun is responsible for expanding Nelito's footprint in domestic and international markets and also leads Nelito's marketing activities globally. Earlier, He led sales for Nelito's Government and Banking business in West and North India.
Prior to Nelito, he has worked in Public Sector, Quasi Public Sector & Private Sector organizations in senior roles encompassing Pre-Sales, Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT Consulting and business management. He brings with him a blend of techno-commercial experience and a track-record of building & managing business units from incubation stage across markets & solutions.
Deeply passionate about Skill Development in India with technology, Ashish is an executive member of various Committees like 1) Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (Govt. of India) appointed IMC committee and 2) Maharashtra State Committee on Skill Development & Affirmative Action appointed by Confederation of Indian Industry (CII).
Ashish holds an MBA (IT & Finance) from Department of Management Studies, IIT-Roorkee and BIS from Hans Raj College, University of Delhi.
Viraf has over 28 years of rich and varied experience in sales and marketing. In the BFSI domain, he has successfully spearheaded large value Sales deals for Core Banking, Core Insurance, Risk Management, Payment Switch, ATMs, CTS, ADF, Treasury, Financial Inclusion and many more.
He has worked with reputed groups such as Forbes, Wadia, and HCL. In between, Viraf has had a successful entrepreneurial venture in the IT domain, wherein he was the cofounder of an IT company, which he brought it up and eventually profitably sold to a US business group.
Viraf holds a BE degree in Electronics and Telecommunication.
Sharath Nair was appointed as Regional Business Head of Nelito in January 2017. He is currently responsible for Nelito's market engagements in Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. He has been closely involved in setting up and growing the company business across market segments.
Started his professional career in 1997, Sharath has an industry experience of several years in Banking and Financial Services Technology for building and executing business strategy through strong key account management, sales and delivery. Prior to joining Nelito, he was running own business ventures. Sharath also worked for various organisations, and major part his career spend in strategic business development and customer service in South Asia region.
Sharath is a Post Graduate Diploma holder in Computer Application from IHRD (Institute of Human Resources Development) Kerala and Bachelor of Science graduate from University of Kerala.
Umashankar heads Nelito's SWIFT business line which has a leadership position in the region. He is a 2-decade-plus experienced SWIFT-professional. An engineer by qualification, he started his career with the Central Government of India and subsequently worked as a banker.
He leads teams responsible for SWIFT Sales, Project implementations & Integration, Service Bureau and Support.
Neeraj joined the management team in April 2023. An industry veteran, Neeraj has two decades of extensive experience in core business finance, including Business Controlling, Financial Reporting, FP&A, M&A, Corporate Governance, Process automations and Audits across industries like IT, Telecom, Education, Media, Power Transmission, Agrochemicals. He has also played a pivotal role in implementing various finance ERPs and digital initiatives.
A Chartered Accountant and fellow member of ICAI, Neeraj did his PGDBM course (MBA) from NMIMS, Mumbai and his graduation from MLSU, Udaipur. He started his career as a campus recruit for TCS and graduated to a leadership position, donning multiple hats along his professional journey in renowned business organisations like Tata Group, RPG Group, Times of India Group, and American Tower Corp.
Beyond work, Neeraj likes to spend time with his family and watch movies.
Samrat has more than 20 years of experience in the IT Staffing & Consulting Industry, with a proven track record of driving growth in the Global Technology Services & Outsourcing Business, Talent Acquisition, HRBP, Resource Management, Business Process Management, and Global Customer Relationship Management.
Samrat holds a Bachelor’s Degree (BSC) in Economics from the University of Calcutta, a Postgraduate in Marketing and HR from the Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management (IISWBM), a Diploma in Advanced Software Technology (DAST), and an Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) from Oracle University.
Ajay Chadha has vast experience in International Sales, especially with Japanese companies across the globe. He has been working with Japanese companies spanning various sectors for nearly three decades. He holds diversified expertise in the Automobile and IT Industries.
His recent professional experience includes work as Area Sales Director at NEC, where he was responsible for sales and business expansion across Japan, India and Singapore.
Ajay Chadha is a graduate in Commerce from University of Delhi and also holds Post Intensive Advance Diploma in Japanese Language from University of Delhi.
In addition, he has Diploma in International Marketing from Symbosis, Pune. He was awarded for being the State level topper in the JLPT LEVEL 1. He also secured all India 3rd position in the Senior level Japanese Language Essay Contest and has won Japanese Language Speech Contest (North India).
