Minoru Takeuchi is currently holding the position of Executive director in DTS Corporation. He is also heading DTS Financial business division.

He is the Director of Data Links and Director of DTS KYUSHU (Subsidiary of DTS). He was the president of DTS America till March 2017.

Minoru Takeuchi has a vast experience in Financial Institutional domain. Minoru Takeuchi's expertise in Financial domain helped DTS Financial division business grow and one-third of DTS turnover is from BFSI sector.

Minoru Takeuchi graduated from Department of Technology, Tokyo Denki University in 1985.

Mr. Manish Rathi is a Chartered Accountant and is pursuing CFA LIII. He has been awarded “Most Influential Young Leader” under the age of 40 by AsiaOne. His expertise includes Credit & Risk Management, in setting up New & Profitable / Growing businesses, covering various customer segments, and working across India and South-East Asia regions. He has strong experience in Risk based auditing, Investor relationships, Fund Raising, and M&A. He has hands-on experience in setting up technology and digital frameworks, automation, and process improvements. Before Nelito Systems, he was CEO of a listed Non-Banking Finance Company in India. With 19+ years of experience, he has held various leadership positions and has worked with large domestic Banks, Foreign Banks & NBFCs.

Mr. Tamura joined DTS Corporation in 1992 as a new graduate (BEc). After joining the company, he was involved in the development of financial securities company systems and market systems for several decades. Mr. Tamura has experience as a project manager and sales representative.

In 2017, he assumed the position of General Manager of the Sales Department at DTS Corporation. From 2020 to 2023, Mr. Tamura served as the Director of DTS SOFTWARE VIETNAM CO., LTD, one of the overseas companies in the DTS group. In 2023, he took on the role of Head of the Financial Sector.

Mr. Nobuhisa Abe began his career at one of Japan's major financial groups and has more than 30 years of experience in the financial sector. He has extensive experience in the planning and development of retail financial products and services, including personal loans, internet banking systems, and loyalty programmes, as well as in corporate and business planning.

Mr. Abe has held various leadership positions across business operations, risk management, and internal audit. These roles include Branch Manager of the Nagano Branch, General Manager of a newly established organisation responsible for group-wide business development leveraging digital transformation (DX) and fintech, Chief Auditor responsible for internal audit, and CISO (Chief Information Security Officer) overseeing cybersecurity across the group.

In April 2024, Mr. Abe joined DTS Corporation and was appointed Executive Officer and Deputy Head of the Operation and Solutions Segment. In April 2026, he was promoted to Senior Executive Officer and appointed CISO and General Manager of the Business Development Department.

Mr. Naoki Minase joined a major trust bank in Japan as a new graduate. With over 30 years of experience, he has developed extensive expertise in corporate finance, trust services, personal asset management, public relations, operational risk management, and sales planning and management.

In 2021, he joined DTS Corporation and was appointed Executive Officer and General Manager of the Sustainability Promotion Department, where he was responsible for sustainability management, investor relations (IR), and social responsibility (SR) across the DTS Group.

In January 2025, Mr. Minase was appointed Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Nelito Systems Private Limited. In April 2026, he was appointed Executive Officer and Deputy Head of the Operation and Solutions Segment at DTS Corporation.

Ms. Hiroko Onoda joined DTS Corporation in 1997 as a new graduate.

Since joining the company, she has accumulated over 20 years of experience in IT system planning, system development, and sales activities supporting digitalisation and operational reform in the financial, manufacturing, and public sectors. She has also served as Project Manager and Head of the System Development & Sales Department.

In 2022, Ms. Onoda was appointed Head of the Sales Department for the Public Systems and Social Infrastructure Sector at DTS Corporation. In 2023, she was appointed General Manager of the Corporate Planning Department, where she is responsible for developing the overall strategy of the DTS Group and driving its medium- to long-term strategies, while overseeing coordination with departments within DTS Corporation and DTS Group companies.

In April 2026, Ms. Onoda was appointed Executive Officer while continuing to serve as General Manager of the Corporate Planning Department.

Mr. Sanjay Dube, prior to joining Nelito looked after the Fuel, Logistics and Land vertical for The Tata Power Company Limited. Prior to that, he looked after Strategy and Performance Analysis and before that, he looked after Treasury, Investor Relations and Corporate Finance, overseeing the Treasury operations of the TATA Power Group of companies and has been involved in several significant transactions during this stint. He has served on the Board of Directors on a number of companies in the TATA Power and Tata Group. He brings with him over 32 years of experience, of which, over 24 years were spent in the Tata Group, starting with Tata Sons Limited, the parent company.
