Nelito Systems Pvt. Ltd. proudly participated in the 8th Annual UPMA Microfinance State Conference 2025, held on 6th November 2025 at Hotel Taj Mahal, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow.

This year’s conference, organized by the Microfinance Association of Uttar Pradesh (UPMA), focused on “Microfinance — A Tool for Generating Employment.” The event brought together leaders from the RBI, NABARD, SIDBI, commercial banks, and microfinance institutions, highlighting collaborative efforts to strengthen the microfinance ecosystem across Uttar Pradesh.

Key sessions and highlights included:

• Release of the report “Microfinance in the Pursuit of Making Uttar Pradesh as Uttam Pradesh” — showcasing data-driven insights into the sector’s contribution to livelihood and poverty alleviation.
• Panel Discussion I: Client at the Center – Has Microfinance Delivered? Exploring microfinance’s real impact on clients’ lives, household income, and women’s empowerment.
• Panel Discussion II: Policy Regulation & Ecosystem – Building a Responsible Future Addressing the evolving regulatory landscape, technology adoption, and ecosystem partnerships.
• Panel Discussion III: Growth versus Responsibility – The Institutional Dilemma Deliberating on balancing institutional growth with client protection, transparency, and responsible governance.
• Felicitation Ceremony: Recognizing eminent contributors including
