Temporary Staffing: Enables the client to respond to short-term dynamic or temporary or flexible workforce requirements with specific skill sets to supplement the existing work force.

Strategic Long Term Contract Staffing: An organization can opt to enter into Agreement with Nelito to route their Long Term Flexible Staffing Contracting resources for indefinite periods. This would facilitate them to limit in future their permanent resource cost liability during periods of uncertain and indeterminate resource requirement.



Managed Staffing: Nelito provides onsite management of a contingent workforce at the client facility. It retains responsibility for the supervision of the leased resources as well as their associated functions.


Permanent Staffing: Nelito also extends its services to meet the permanent staffing needs of its clients.

Temporary Staffing Services

Rapidly changing technology, imbalance between available skills and skills needed for projects, necessitate staff augmentation services. However, when such a need is not on an on-going basis and is dynamic in nature, recruitment of permanent staff may not strategically align to the business objectives.

Temporary Staffing is gaining strength in the marketplace. The IT industry is a trendsetter for temporary staffing. Organisations are looking at the activities that add value to what they provide to their clients and where they need to focus their limited resources to make sure they make a difference.

Nelito Systems provides clients temporary staffing support in the IT and back office segments. Our strengths lie in adapting ourselves to fit all our client's needs throughout the business processes. We facilitate our clients to reduce cost liability while increasing the value of its deliverables with respect to price and performance. We undertake mobilization of resources in the specified numbers and their deployment at client-identified locations. On request, or at the conclusion of the contract period, the deployed resources are demobilized from the client sites. Clients can thus leverage on the experience, performance and contribution of the deployed resources while enjoying flexibility and freedom with regard to recruitment and replacement.

Strategic Long Term Contract Staffing Services

Rapidly changing technology needs, the need to limit manpower cost liability during periods of uncertain and indeterminate resource requirement, requirement of flexibility in recruitment and replacement of resources etc may lead to an organisation not wanting to recruit a permanent workforce for a specific project. Instead they would opt for the contractual mode of employment wherein they would want to route such resources through another organisation while they continue to work on their projects.

Nelito would facilitate such an endeavour. The concerned resources identified by the client would be taken on Nelito’s rolls with a back-to-back agreement with the resources to be deployed. The commercials would ensure a win-win situation to both the organisations. Nelito would take care of the payroll processing, retiral benefit administration, statutory compliances, attrition processing, administrative tasks like leave recording, travel & conveyance reimbursement etc.

The performance of such resources deployed would be the responsibility of the organisation to which such resources are deployed.

Managed Staffing Services

Nelito’s domain expertise is the BFSI segment. The client may want to leverage on this expertise and outsource the contract staffing needs for an entire project in the BFSI segment. Nelito will facilitate recruitment of the desired resources and provide onsite management of a contingent workforce at the client facility. It would retain responsibility for the supervision of the leased resources as well as their associated functions. Examples of such projects would be managing the Call Centre Staffing Services of a Bank, Help Desk Function of a CBS project etc.

Permanent Staffing Services

Leveraging on our experience and success in the domain of Temporary Staffing, we are now extending our services to Permanent Staffing needs. Being an IT organization, we understand the technical and project dynamics and requirements of other IT organisations. Hence our focus is the IT vertical.
