Overview

Tab Banking, also known as doorstep banking, is one of the easiest ways in which a bank can provide enhanced services to its premium customers as well as increase its client base.

FinCraftTM DoorStep Banking is a simplified KYC (AADHAR based and non-AADHAR based), account opening and financial transaction solution. It can be used by your Marketing Officers, Direct Selling Agents and Business Correspondents (BC) in the field or in the branch.

Such a client is demanding in terms of services and with the fast pace of the city doesn't have time to visit a bank. Such clients are usually high end premium clients of the bank and the bank can provide them with an enhanced service experience. Bank's agents can use tab banking to assist such customers in opening accounts, collecting EMI's, paying insurance premiums etc. and processing their requirements in real time.

The Rural Customer

Typically small towns and villages don't really meet the logistical requirements of having a dedicated bank branch. In such instances, a bank can appoint agents who carry tabs to the villages and open bank accounts, verify documents etc.

Doorstep Banking Solution adopts KYC and Customer Onboarding processes

Hand held application
