The
Company’s Headquarters is located in its own office in Millennium
Business Park at Mahape. It is a well-designed infrastructure and its
ambience offers a productive work environment.
A
Demo Lab has also been created to simulate the real-time banking scenarios
and to show case our core-banking product – FinCraft-Core to customers.
Centre
of Excellence
For creating products and services that meet
the requirement of the customer, we need to develop the skills and knowledge
of people so they can perform their roles effectively and
efficiently. This can only be done through Training, which includes
training to support the organization’s strategic business objectives
and to meet the tactical training needs that are common across projects
and support groups.
Training activities in Nelito are an integral part of its functioning.
Appropriate training is provided to the people who will be performing
the work. Overview training is provided to orient people who interact
with those performing the work. Training supports the successful performance
of the process by establishing a common understanding of the process
and by imparting the skills and knowledge needed to perform the process.
In order to conduct effective training on continuous basis, the Company
has established a Centre of Excellence in the Headquarters for conducting
training on Finacle, Axapta, and other technical, behavioural, and quality-related
training.
The CoE has high-end client-server environment and has a capacity to
train 26 people at a time.

In
addition, for smooth running of day-to-day operations, the Company has
12 offices (28,000 SFt) located in different parts of the country. These
are modern offices equipped with the state-of-art facilities and infrastructure.
