The services offered under Project Management Services include the following: -

Packaged Implementation: of third party Core Banking Solutions for Tier 1 Banks. This includes porting of application software, development of tools for data extraction, data cleaning and data migration, setting up of migration process, and handholding/ onsite support services to the branches.
Knowledge Enhancement Services: Training the users of the Institutions on technology and user operations.
Data Management Services: Application and data management services including data extraction from legacy systems with varied file structures; data mapping, massaging and cleaning services; restructuring of legacy data; data migration and re-engineering,  signature retrieval; image capturing and image data conversion etc.
Technical Application Support: Managing Help-desk operations.
Application Development & Maintenance: Development and maintenance of application software to meet specific requirements of the customers and maintenance of third party application software.
Cheque Truncation: Software Implementation and maintenance services.
