Kersi M Gherda, Chairman – BCom, ACA, FCA (Eng & Wales), ACS – holds managerial experience of more than 45 years including that as Managing Director of the Tata Power Company. He currently holds the position of Chairman for various Companies besides being on the Board of numerous Public Limited Companies & Trusts. For his distinguished service and business acumen, he was conferred the title of the Honorary Officer of the Order of the British Empire by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II in 1991.

Zal J Engineer – AMIE & Member of AOTS (Association of Overseas Technical Scholars), Japan – has more than 37 years of managerial and commercial experience, including that as Executive Director of Nelco Ltd for five years and Tatanet Network Systems Ltd. He also heads the Audit Committee of Nelito Systems Ltd.

Jerxis Vandrevala - is Co-founder and Managing Partner of Capital Partners, a US based private equity partnership firm focused on investing in several industries in the USA and India.

Ajai Bali - Director of Zenta Private Limited, was previously Manager Finance and Administration for Reuters in India, having worked with Rhodes & Rhodes, UK and various other Companies. He qualified from the Institute of Cost & Management Accountants, UK in 1985.

Rajendra B Upadhyay - BCom (Hons), FCS, FCA - is currently VP and Head of Finance in Nelco Ltd. His rich experience of 29 years in Finance, Accounts, Legal & secretarial practices includes Director (Finance) & Company Secretary of a leading Public Ltd Company. His areas of specialisation are merger, acquisition and divestment.

Punit Jain, Chief Executive Officer – BTech (Electrical) (IIT-Mumbai), PGDM (IIM-Bengaluru) – has a rich 25 years experience largely in the IT and BPO industry, and in key verticals of Banking, Insurance and Manufacturing. He has managed global sales teams, set-up delivery delivery systems, managed product development and quality systems in the various organizations he has been associated with. He started his career with C-DoT and later associated with esteemed organizations like Modi Xerox, Mafatlal Micron, DGP Windsor and Newgen Software Technologies. His last assignment was with Datamatics Global Services where he was Global Head - Document Management Solutions. He is widely traveled, and has an exposure of developing business in India as well as US, Europe, Africa, Middle East and APAC.

Cdr Harish C Verma (Retd), Head - Quality Assurance – BE (Electrical) (IIT-Roorkee), MIE (India), PGDMM, PGDMS, Dip T&D – has multi-functional experience of over 38 years in HR, training, maintenance, system analysis & design, materials management, and quality assurance. He is management representative for ISO-9001 and Head Software Engineering Process Group for CMMI implementation in the Company.

RVS Hayagrivam, Vice President (BFSI) – BCom, CAIIB-I, PMP (PMI, USA), IPMA-D (IPMA, Switzerland) – is an ex banker with over 34 years experience in retail banking and IT of a leading nationalized bank in India. He has handled very large projects ranging from software development to WAN implementation in his previous employment. He has also evaluated many domestic and global banking software as a part of assignments. As a Business Head, he is responsible for growing sales through packaged CBS implementation in different Banks, Business Intelligence, Third Party Products, Software projects, SWIFT, Direct Channels, and BPO/KPOs.

Dipak Kothari, Vice President (Banking Solutions) – MBA (Mktg) – has over 23 years of experience in marketing, commercial, customer support and operations. As a Sales Head, he is responsible for growing business through suit of our software products.

Satish L Rajopadhe, Associate Vice President (Customer Support) – BE (Electrical) – has over 34 years experience in customer relation management in different IT Companies in India. In Nelito, he is responsible for software products implementation, overseeing customer support activities, and facility management.

Melvin D'Costa, Associate Vice President (I&R) – BCom, DCP – is an ex-banker with over 24 years experience in retail banking and IT areas. During his tenure in the Company, he has been responsible for evaluation of application software for a leading Public Sector bank in Sri Lanka. In the current position, he is responsible for steering the CBS rollout in different Banks.

NMJ Fernandes, Associate Vice President (Professional Consulting Services) – BSc (Tech) (Computer Engineering), MBA – has been associated with over 24 years of varied functional experience in the IT industry. He is currently steering the professional consulting services business initiative - deploying Nelito IT resource with on off-shore & onsite projects with leading Indian IT MNCs. His earlier assignment had been Head of customer support, and association with technical services, QA, & HR. Currently, he is responsible to the COO on all matters pertaining professional consulting.

Rakesh K Verma, Asso Vice President (BFSI Sales) – BSc (Hons) (Maths) – has over 28 years of experience in developing various commercial applications and selling banking applications, hardware and networking solutions. He was also trained on international Core Banking Application in USA, and has fair exposure of international banking application implementation methodology and quality assurance aspects. He looks after the Company's Enterprise Direct business in West Bengal, Orissa, North-East, Chhattisgarh and Bangladesh territories.

Bhushan Samant, Asso Vice President (Finance & Commercial) – BCom, MCBMSS, MBA (Fin) – has over 24 years of experience in cash flow management, statutory & internal audits, monitoring entire accounts operations & finalization of Accounts. He is a financial consultant for onsite and in-house ERP implementation.

John T Varghese, General Manager (BFSI Sales) – BSc (Physics), BTech (Computer Technology) – has 24 years of varied  experience in IT and Banking Solutions Sales, Marketing and Operations. He has industry wide experience and has worked in Companies including Hinditron Equipments Mfg Co Ltd, Onward Technologies Ltd and Cambridge Solutions Ltd in different capacities. During his tenure in Nelito, John has served in various capacities as Regional Manager (South) and National Head (Pre Sales and Marketing). Currently he looks after Company's Line of business for Delivery.

Uma Shankar Kanchi, General Manager (SWIFT Business) – BTech & Diploma in Rail Transport Management – has 17 years of experience starting with 2.5 years stint with Central Government as Auditor for State Government Revenues and later as bank officer for 4 years covering general and international banking. He subsequently worked for 11 years as the delivery and support head, providing SWIFT services to the region. At Nelito he is responsible for SWIFT and allied businesses.

TPS Oberoi, General Manager (Banking Solutions Sales) – BA (Maths), DCA – has over 25 years of extensive experience in the field of software application development, deployment & implementation of various banking solutions especially for large banks. In Nelito, he is responsible for managing the Company's FinCraft Products business in Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and Jammu & Kashmir territories.

Upendra Rajeev, General Manager (Banking Solutions Sales) – MSc, MBA (Mktg) - has 20 years of experience in marketing & sales. This includes about two years in Coromandal Software Pvt Ltd, and over 15 years in PSI Data Systems. Prior to joining Nelito, he was as GM Software Solutions and was responsible for sale in India and Middle East Asia. In Nelito, he looks after the Company’s FinCraft Products business in Karnataka, Kerala and Tamilnadu States.

Ashish Kumar Varun, Dy General Manager (e-Governance Biz) - Bachelor of Information Sciences (BIS) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from IIT-Roorkee. He has a decade of experience focused on e-Governance spread in companies such as IL&FS ETS, Shipping Corporation of India, 3i Infotech and HCL-Perot Systems. He is a United Nations Volunteer and holds certification from World Bank Institute. He brings with him strong project management and business development skills and has lead key e-Governance assignments in his earlier appointments. He has handled multiple projects simultaneously and managed team efficiencies and customer satisfaction across sectors. Ashish heads the e-Governance business of the company and is responsible for growth of credentials in e-Governance.

Sreerupa Sengupta, General Manager (HR, Admin & CC) - Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics and holds Cost & Work Accountancy degree from ICWA. She has 20 years of cross functional experience in Human Resources Management, Business Process Outsourcing and Financial Consultancy. She has led complete HR portfolio for global businesses and is proficient in handling teams across geographies. Her strength lies in formulating & implementing strategies for Talent Acquisition, Talent Engagement & Talent Development. She has worked in various industries and in organizations like Wockhardt Ltd, Sembcorp Logistics India Pvt Ltd, Wipro Ltd and Siemens Information Systems. Her last assignment was with AtoS IT Solutions & Services Pvt Ltd, as Group Manager (HR).

Bama Suresh, General Manager (Business Alliances) – BSc (Eco Hons), MCom Bkg & Ins Mgmt., CAIIB – is a seasoned techno functional Banker with around has 21 years of industry experience in the BFSI segment. Her career started with Dena Bank where she had handled multiple assignments including CBS roll out project of the Bank as a Core Team Member. She handles partnership alliances, channel management and identification of new opportunities and relationships within the overall strategy of the company. Her strengths are client management, vendor management, IT implementation and Project Management.
