Mr KM Gherda, Chairman – BCom, ACA, FCA (Eng & Wales), ACS – holds managerial experience of more than 45 years including that as Managing Director of the Tata Power Company. He currently holds the position of Chairman for various Companies besides being on the Board of numerous Public Limited Companies & Trusts. For his distinguished service and business acumen, he was conferred the title of the Honorary Officer of the Order of the British Empire by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II in 1991.

Mr ZJ Engineer – AMIE & Member of AOTS (Association of Overseas Technical Scholars), Japan – has more than 37 years of managerial and commercial experience, including that as Executive Director of Nelco Ltd for five years and Tatanet Network Systems Ltd. He also heads the Audit Committee of Nelito Systems Ltd.

Mr KA Mahashur – MTech (IIT-B) – holds managerial and commercial experience of about 37 years. As an Executive Director of Nelco Ltd, he is responsible for the operations and profitability of Industrial Systems Division and for working out the long-term strategies for the Company. His special achievement relates to the launching of the Strategic Electronics Business in Nelco which has developed into ISD’s key line of business. In the past, he has been involved in a major way in the formation of the Joint Venture between Tatas & Emerson Electric/Liebert for the business of UPS systems in India, and formation of Technopolis Knowledge Park Ltd.

Mr Jerxis Vandrevala - is Co-founder and Managing Partner of Capital Partners, a US based private equity partnership firm focused on investing in several industries in the USA and India.

Mr Ajai Bali - Director of Zenta Private Limited, was previously Manager Finance and Administration for Reuters in India, having worked with Rhodes & Rhodes, UK and various other Companies. He qualified from the Institute of Cost & Management Accountants, UK in 1985.

Mr RB Upadhyay - BCom (Hons), FCS, FCA - is currently VP and Head of Finance in Nelco Ltd. His rich experience of 29 years in Finance, Accounts, Legal & secretarial practices includes Director (Finance) & Company Secretary of a leading Public Ltd Company. His areas of specialisation are merger, acquisition and divestment.

Mr P Bhaskara Rao, President & CEO – MSc (Hons), MBA, CISA (USA), CQA (USA), CAIIB, PGDPM, CIQA, DIRB – is a senior banking professional of over 33 years of extensive experience in banking and IT areas. As banking professional, he had the opportunity to represent high-powered committees constituted by Reserve Bank of India, IDRBT and Indian Banks' Association for standardization of various processes for the banking industry. In Nelito, he is responsible for providing, direction & shaping of the Company’s growth. During the past 11 years, he has successfully steered the Company as a major player in software solutions and services in BFSI space maintaining a CGAR of around 30% during the last seven years. He is now leading a paradigm shift in the strategy from vertical to horizontal with clear focus to function as System Integrator in BFSI, Government and Corporate sectors.

Mr Prasanna Lahoti, Chief Operating Officer – BE (Mech), MMS  – has over 20 years of diversified experience encompassing senior leadership roles in sales, pre-sales & delivery in IT Industry. He worked in Tata Consultancy Services & Tata Infotech in different positions over a period of 17 years. Later, he worked as Senior Vice President & Business Head in 3i Infotech for about four years before joining Nelito. In Nelito, he is responsible for performance and growth of various business lines within umbrella of Systems Integration, leading and ensuring the diversification across industry verticals, incubating and growing new business offerings, identifying and developing strategic partnerships.

Cdr Harish C Verma (Retd), Vice President & Head (HR, QA, & CC) – BE (Electrical) (IIT-Roorkee), MIE (India), PGDMM, PGDMS, Dip T&D – has multi-functional experience of over 36 years in HR, training, maintenance, system analysis & design, materials management, and quality assurance. He is responsible for people management, standardization of processes, infrastructure, & corporate communication. He is Head of Quality Assurance Group, management representative for ISO-9001 & Head Software Engg Process Group for CMMI implementation in the Company.

Mr RVS Hayagrivam, Vice President & Sales Head (Enterprise Direct) – BCom, CAIIB-I, PMP (PMI, USA), IPMA-D (IPMA, Switzerland) – is an ex banker with over 34 years experience in retail banking and IT of a leading nationalized bank in India. He handled very large projects ranging from software development to WAN implementation in his previous employment. During his tenure in Nelito, he was the Project Manager for defining IT Strategy & evaluation of application software for a leading Public Sector bank in Sri Lanka. He also evaluated many domestic and global banking software as a part of assignments. As a Sales Head, he is responsible for growing sales through packaged CBS implementation in different Banks, Business Intelligence, Third Party Products, Software projects, SWIFT, Direct Channels, and BPO/KPOs.

Mr Dipak Kothari, Vice President & Sales Head (FinCraft Products) – MBA (Mktg) – has over 23 years of experience in marketing, commercial, customer support and operations. As a Sales Head, he is responsible for growing business through suit of our software products.

Mr Satish L Rajopadhe, Associate Vice President & Delivery Head (Software Services) – BE (Electrical) – has over 34 years experience in customer relation management in different IT Companies in India. In Nelito, he is responsible for software products implementation, overseeing customer support activities, and facility management.

Mr Dilip Nadkarni, Associate Vice President & Delivery Head  (Software Products) – BSc – is an ex banker with over 35 years experience in retail banking and IT area. In his previous employment, he was extensively involved in designing, developing, & deploying several software products, & setting up the centralized solution connecting 40 branches for a leading bank in India. He possesses rich experience in implementing various inter-national banking software products with multiple delivery channels. In the current position, he is the responsible for directing all product development efforts to meet the customer requirements and schedule.

Mr Melvin D'Costa, Associate Vice President & Delivery Head (Project Implementation) – BCom, DCP – is an ex-banker with over 24 years experience in retail banking and IT areas. During his tenure in the Company, he has been responsible for evaluation of application software for a leading Public Sector bank in Sri Lanka. In the current position, he is responsible for steering the CBS rollout in different Banks.

Mr NMJ Fernandes, Associate Vice President & Practice Head (Professional Consulting Services) – BSc (Tech) (Computer Engineering), MBA – has been associated with over 24 years of varied functional experience in the IT industry. He is currently steering the professional consulting services business initiative - deploying Nelito IT resource with on off-shore & onsite projects with leading Indian IT MNCs. His earlier assignment had been Head of customer support, and association with technical services, QA, & HR. Currently, he is responsible to the COO on all matters pertaining professional consulting.

Mr Rakesh K Verma, Asso Vice President (BFSI Sales) – BSc (Hons) (Maths) – has over 28 years of experience in developing various commercial applications and selling banking applications, hardware and networking solutions. He was also trained on international Core Banking Application in USA, and has fair exposure of international banking application implementation methodology and quality assurance aspects. He looks after the Company's Enterprise Direct business in West Bengal, Orissa, North-East, Chhattisgarh and Bangladesh territories.

Mr Bhushan Samant, General Manager & Head (Finance & Commercial) – BCom, MCBMSS, MBA (Fin) – has over 24 years of experience in cash flow management, statutory & internal audits, monitoring entire accounts operations & finalization of Accounts. He is a financial consultant for onsite and in-house ERP implementation.

Mr John Varghese, General Manager (Delivery Channels) – BSc (Physics), BTech (Computer Technology) – has 24 years of varied  experience in IT and Banking Solutions Sales, Marketing and Operations. He has industry wide experience and has worked in Companies including Hinditron Equipments Mfg Co Ltd, Onward Technologies Ltd and Cambridge Solutions Ltd in different capacities. During his tenure in Nelito, John has served in various capacities as Regional Manager (South) and National Head (Pre Sales and Marketing). Currently he looks after Company's Line of business for Delivery.

Mr Uma Shankar Kanchi, General Manager (SWIFT Business) – BTech & Diploma in Rail Transport Management – has 17 years of experience starting with 2.5 years stint with Central Government as Auditor for State Government Revenues and later as bank officer for 4 years covering general and international banking. He subsequently worked for 11 years as the delivery and support head, providing SWIFT services to the region. At Nelito he is responsible for SWIFT and allied businesses.

Mr TPS Oberoi, General Manager (FP Sales - North-West) – BA (Maths), DCA – has over 25 years of extensive experience in the field of software application development, deployment & implementation of various banking solutions especially for large banks. In Nelito, he is responsible for managing the Company's FinCraft Products business in Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and Jammu & Kashmir territories.

Mr Upendra Rajeev, General Manager (FP Sales - South) – MSc, MBA (Mktg) - has 20 years of experience in marketing & sales. This includes about two years in Coromandal Software Pvt Ltd, and over 15 years in PSI Data Systems. Prior to joining Nelito, he was as GM Software Solutions and was responsible for sale in India and Middle East Asia. In Nelito, he looks after the Company’s FinCraft Products business in Karnataka, Kerala and Tamilnadu States.
